Maryann was born in Bradford in 1963.

She attended Bradford District High School, graduating in 1982. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Administrative and Commercial Studies) in 1985 from The University of Western Ontario.

Maryann took additional courses at York University and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 1990. She has been employed at this firm since 1994 and became a partner in 2003.

Her primary areas of service include accounting, audit engagements and taxation.

Linda graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University in 1991 and became a Chartered Accountant in 1994. Linda joined the firm in 2007, and became partner in 2009. Prior to joining our Firm, Linda worked with BDO Dunwoody LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. Linda left public practice for several years, holding positions with Ontario Northland Transportation Commission in North Bay as a member of their finance department, with ONTel as Manager of Accounting and Administration and as a full time professor in the School of Business and Economics at Nipissing University in North Bay.

Linda has served on the governing council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario from 2005 through 2013. During her term she was a member of the Executive Committee as well as a member of several committees including the Public Accounting Licensing Board, Bylaws Review, Audit, Nominating, Membership, Finance and Award of Distinction Review Committee.

Linda takes an active interest in the community. She has been on the Parent Teacher Association for a local school. Prior to moving to Aurora in 2007, she served as Chair of the Catholic School Advisory Board, Chair of the Parent Teacher Association, Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary of the North Bay and District CA Association. Linda also served as an Executive Director and Treasurer of Near North Crime Stoppers and served on the Advisory Board for the School of Business and Economics at Nipissing University in North Bay. She was also a Director of both the North Bay Hydro Limited and North Bay Hydro Services Inc. Boards.

Her primary areas of service include assurance engagements (audit and review), personal and corporate tax.

Ryan was born in North York in 1974, and moved to Newmarket in 1993.

He attended Dr. Norman Bethune Collegiate Institute in Scarborough, graduating in 1993. Ryan graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University in Hamilton in 1998.

Ryan took additional courses at York University and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001. He has been in public practice since 1998, employed at this firm since 2001, and became partner in 2009.

His primary areas of service include personal and corporate income tax, accounting and audit engagements, and scientific research and experimental development claims.

Donald was born in Seoul, South Korea in 1984. His family moved to Canada in 1985 and later settled in Aurora in 1999.

He attended high school at G.W. Williams Secondary School in Aurora in 2003 and obtained his Honours Bachelor of Economics and Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2007.

Donald began with the firm as a co-op student in 2005 and commenced full-time employment in 2007. In 2009, he successfully obtained his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and he became a partner of the firm in 2013.

His primary areas of service are audit and review engagements as well as not for profit organizations, personal and corporate tax work.

Donald is involved with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario through his volunteer work with tax clinics run for seniors and other low income taxpayers.
